Security Risk Management Consultants, Inc. was formed in 1989 as an independent security design firm by Elliot A. Boxerbaum, CPP, while he was Director of Protective Services at Grant/Riverside Methodist Hospitals in Columbus, Ohio. Due to continuous growth, Mr. Boxerbaum began committing full time efforts to the company in 1998. (Profile)

Since that time SRMC has added four full time consultants along with administrative and support staff.

In 1999, John "Chad" Parris joined our staff. With over 15 years of security, security technology management, and security operations management, Chad brought a broader end-user perspective to the Company. (Profile)

In 2000, Lynda L. Buel, CPP, CFE, became an integral part of our team. Lynda's experience includes several senior security management positions in banking and retail environments with both local and nationwide responsibilities. (Profile)

In 2007, Keith Dunn, CPP joined SRMC bringing with him extensive system installation, project design, and project management experience along with over twenty years of healthcare security program management. (Profile)

Gen Lanphere also became part of the SRMC team in 2007. As office and operations manager, Gen is responsible for project tracking and overall office administration. Her experience includes extensive work in systems administration and retail management.

In mid-2008, Paul Redmond and Donna Reel joined the SRMC team. Paul's expertise in security technology design and project management coupled with Donna's administrative and project management support experience provide enhanced process management, quality assurance, and project implementation capabilities.
